About Service

Our team of competent, culturally aware and ethical mental health professionals provide counselling and psychotherapy for clients dealing with psychological, emotional, social and behavioural problems.

Professional Experience

Individual

During individual counseling, clients meet one-on-one with a counselor who listens to their concerns and challenges they are facing, in a confidential, empathetic and non-judgmental setting. The counselor helps the clients obtain a better understanding of their own feelings, thoughts and behaviors; identify the aspects of life where they would like to change; recognize their strengths and motivations; and support them as they set personal goals and work on to achieve them. Our professionals have experience in helping people with:

  • Social and relationship difficulties
  • Trauma, grief and loss
  • Stress, depression and anxiety issues
  • Phobia
  • Addiction and behavioral problems
  • Anger management
  • General life concerned
  • Women issues
  • Work and career related issues
  • Suicidal Prevention

Couples & family

Couples and family counselling aims at helping clients who come across a wide range of issues causing disruption of balance and harmony in their relationships or family life. We support our clients, through individual or joint sessions with their partners or family members, while they go through critical periods such as divorce, losing a beloved one, preparing for parenthood, dealing with adolescence, and so on.

Group

It is a form of counselling where individuals with similar issues or concerns come together with a professional counsellor and contribute by sharing their own experiences and listening to others. As its benefits, clients involved in group sessions meet the opportunity to perceive sense of belonging, improve social skills, receive encouragement from each other and promptly discover motivation.
